Job summary
Smartness is seeking a Junior Solution Specialist for the DACH market to help prospects understand how our hospitality SaaS addresses their business needs. You will work with the Sales team in pre-sales, participating in discovery, requirements gathering, and tailored product demonstrations.
A solid hospitality background and data-minded approach will help translate business context into relevant Smartness solutions.
Qualifications
- Fluent German and professional English proficiency.
- 1–3 years in hospitality, SaaS, travel-tech, consulting, or B2B pre-sales.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery conversations with prospects and understand business models.
- Analyze customer data to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Translate needs into Smartness use cases and product capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Explain business impact and value of Smartness to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams during qualification.
- Develop hospitality market expertise, focusing on pricing, demand, and KPIs.
- Handle objections and questions with accurate answers.
- Educate customers on best practices and fit within existing tech stacks.
- Support expansion opportunities through new use cases.
