Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the team for the Imperial brand abroad in Greece. The role focuses on delivering high-quality support for premium consumer electronics and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian, have experience in customer service or tech, and are ready to relocate for an international opportunity with a strong onboarding and training program plus relocation coverage.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within technology or consumer electronics.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and customer care.
• Willingness to relocate and thrive in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and general assistance to customers for premium electronics products.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to hardware, software updates, and product features.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system to improve service delivery.
• Educate clients on the latest product launches and features within the consumer electronics sector.
• Escalate complex technical faults to the appropriate internal departments, ensuring efficient follow-up.
