Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• EU passport or valid Greek work permit.
• Proven customer service or travel industry experience preferred.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.

Responsabilités

• Deliver world-class assistance to Avis customers regarding rentals and travel logistics.
• Manage reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within travel CRM systems.
• Collaborate with international team to uphold Avis premium image.
• Provide guidance on travel insurance, vehicle categories, and service packages.
• Contribute to improving service protocols to boost satisfaction.
