Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent for Vinted in Greece. You will provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking users via email, chat, and phone, handling transactions, shipping, and account inquiries while maintaining a professional, helpful tone.

The role offers relocation to Greece, fully paid training, health insurance, and a monthly salary with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Proficiency in English (working language).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer support services.
Ability to navigate digital platforms and multitask effectively.
Previous experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support to Vinted users via email, chat, and phone channels.
Resolve user inquiries regarding transactions, shipping, and account management.
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful tone in all communications with Italian-speaking users.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure platform safety and user satisfaction.
Stay updated on service policies to provide accurate guidance to customers.
Manage user issues with precision, contributing to the client brand reputation.
Participate in regular team briefings to align on service quality goals and KPIs.
