Jobgether is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer based in Spain for a fully remote role that supports users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems, managing access, technology assets, and system records. The position includes involvement in system implementations and process improvements.

The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with systems administration, cybersecurity support, and digital workflow enhancements.

Formación

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication.
• Ability to work independently in remote setup.
• Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity principles.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day IT support to users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, connectivity, permissions, and user-access issues; escalate when needed.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Coordinate complex technical issues with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licensing information, and system records.
• Document IT requests, changes, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and outstanding issues.
• Assist with system implementations, software updates, and workflow changes.
• Test system changes and workflows to identify issues before they affect users.
