Tribute Brands is seeking an IT Support specialist in Barcelona to handle day-to-day technology operations. You will be the first line of support for internal teams and Franchise Partners, ensuring systems are stable, secure, and scalable.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with modern IT systems and platforms (Microsoft 365, CRM, WordPress).
• Strong problem-solver with a practical and structured approach.
• Service-oriented with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Nice to have: exposure to Power Platform, Zoho One, Momence, networking fundamentals, and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line IT support across all studio locations, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Support key third-party platforms including Momence, Accuro, and MTS.
• Assist and administer core business systems: Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoho One, WordPress, and key third-party platforms.
• Support domain management, DNS configuration, web hosting, and basic website updates and maintenance.
• Maintain clear IT documentation and deliver practical user training to improve
• Identify system inefficiencies and support continuous improvement of the IT ecosystem.
• Assist the evaluation, implementation, and scaling of new tools and technologies.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and suppliers, supporting procurement and inventory management.
