Job summary

Epic Kids, Llc is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to run day-to-day IT operations for a fully remote, US-based team. You will manage corporate identity and access, endpoint and application administration, and provide employee IT support to keep the environment secure and compliant.

You will partner with infrastructure, engineering, and people operations on onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, and Epic's compliance program, while enforcing MFA, encryption, and patching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT administration or IT operations with hands-on identity, endpoint, and business-application administration beyond ticket-queue support.
• Experience supporting a formal compliance program (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar) — access reviews, evidence collection, and auditor collaboration.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management — SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or equivalent productivity suite.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, operating systems, networking, and SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Administer corporate identity and access across Google Workspace and core applications.
• Evolve the identity stack (SSO, lifecycle automation, and tooling) as needs grow.
• Own user lifecycle end-to-end from hire to deprovisioning.
• Run periodic access reviews and drive remediation.
• Enforce authentication and device standards (MFA, encryption, patching).
• Own device provisioning and zero-touch deployment.
• Produce evidence for IT-owned controls and support audits.
• Maintain inventory of applications and hardware assets.
• Handle day-to-day IT support for employees.
• Define IT procedures and keep runbooks current.
• Collaborate on policy rollout, security-awareness training, and incident response.
