Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of system administration experience.
• Certifications: Security+, Network+, A+ or MCP/MCSA are preferred.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and MS Office; familiarity with COTS software.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure in a Windows environment and administer accounts.
• Troubleshoot workstations, servers, and peripherals in virtual and physical environments.
• Perform patching, vulnerability management, and security policy implementation.
• Travel to remote locations as required and provide technical direction to support personnel.
• Configure file shares, back-ups, and integrate servers with databases.
