Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner (Client Experience) based in Spain to shape the post-payment experience of our global digital product. You will drive activation, engagement, and value realization by connecting users with relevant matches in a data-driven way.

In this role you will work with analytics, design, and engineering teams in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a fully remote opportunity with strong focus on user success and retention.

Formación

• Strong experience in B2C product management for platforms with complex discovery or matching.
• Proven track record of improving activation, onboarding, or time-to-value in consumer apps.
• Solid understanding of customer journey design in post-payment or subscription environments.
• Experience with data-driven product development, experimentation, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis.
• Ability to design and improve segmentation, personalization, and recommendation logic.
• Fluent Russian is required.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the post-payment customer journey across core product experiences.
• Increase activation by helping paying customers find high-quality matches and sustain early communication.
• Identify friction points in discovery, recommendation, and matching flows, and design solutions to improve relevance and user satisfaction.
• Optimize the quality and personalization of offers, invites, and recommendations based on user behavior and preferences.
• Define and refine customer segmentation strategies to tailor experiences to different user needs.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and design teams to test hypotheses, measure impact, and iterate on solutions.
• Develop engagement and reactivation mechanics to improve retention and value realization.
