Jobgether is seeking a Project Manager EMEA based in Spain to lead enterprise client onboarding and end-to-end campaign execution in a fully remote setting. You'll coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to ensure successful onboarding, integrations, and campaign delivery for global clients.

The role emphasizes project management discipline, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven KPI tracking in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS, martech, B2B tech, or fast-paced digital environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise clients with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management to align internal teams and external clients.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end enterprise client onboarding, including WhatsApp Business Account setup and API/CRM integrations.
• Plan and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts, with template classification and scheduling.
• Serve as primary project contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, leading status meetings and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to maintain momentum.
• Define and monitor project KPIs, timelines, risks, and progress.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to scalable onboarding and playbooks.
