Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment activities in Germany. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with expertise in clinical evidence for reimbursement decisions, focusing on statistical programming.

The candidate will contribute to AMNOG dossiers, analyze trial data, and help automate analysis workflows while collaborating with Market Access, HEOR, and EU-HTA teams. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets.
Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G-BA procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers with statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; support interpretation of outputs.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
Monitor developments from IQWiG, GBA, and HTA bodies.
