Job summary

IQVIA seeks a skilled HTA programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support AMNOG dossiers and market access activities in Germany. The role focuses on statistical programming, data analysis, and automation for Module 4, requiring strong SAS and R skills with German and English fluency.

The candidate will collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to IQWiG/G-BA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or a related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and the corresponding industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, and patient-relevant endpoints.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of results.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
