Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support health technology assessment in Germany. The role focuses on statistical programming and analysis of clinical trial data, with emphasis on AMNOG dossiers and market access initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, have SAS/R experience and familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM, and are fluent in German and English.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• HTA/AMNOG/HEOR experience or Market Access exposure preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints and statistics.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop statistical analyses for Module 4 in German AMNOG dossiers.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, and endpoints.
• Conduct meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Support automation and standardization of analysis workflows.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure quality and clarity of generated outputs.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA and HTA bodies.
