Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HTA-oriented programmer to support German AMNOG dossiers with statistical programming in SAS and R. The role focuses on analysis of clinical trial data, meta-analyses, and workflow automation, collaborating with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.

Fluency in German and English is essential. Ideal candidates have a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science, plus experience in HTA/AMNOG and CDISC standards.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute) preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM).
• Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers with programming of statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroup analyses.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons; help interpret outputs.
• Support automation and standardization of analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
• Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
