Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment (AMNOG) and market access activities. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with strong programming skills and an interest in clinical evidence for reimbursement decisions.

The candidate will develop German AMNOG dossiers, analyze trial data, and contribute to automation of analysis workflows. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science or related field.
• Experience with HTA/AMNOG/HEOR/Market Access is preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs and statistical principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers with focus on programming analyses for Module 4
• Perform analyses of clinical trial data (efficacy, safety, endpoints, subgroups)
• Conduct meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA)
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of results
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, IQBa and HTA bodies
