Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) focused on German AMNOG dossiers and HTA-driven analyses. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with a strong emphasis on statistical programming for health technology assessment in Germany.

Strong German and English skills are essential. The candidate will develop analyses for Module 4, ensure rigorous data interpretation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Market Access and EU-HTA domains.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs and endpoints.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and CDISC SDTM/ADaM.
• Familiarity with German AMNOG, IQWiG, or G‑BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with statistical analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs and EU-HTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of outcomes.
• Monitor IQWiG, G‑BA methodologies and developments.
