Job summary

Azurreo, a fully remote scale-up under Seelon Holdings Group, seeks a Recruitment & HR Associate to join as a full-time consultant based in Syria. The role blends recruitment and HR support across a distributed team, reporting to the Global People & Culture Manager, with start end of Sept 2026.

You’ll screen applicants, coordinate interviews, help onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to HR reporting while working across multiple countries and time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR, recruitment, or closely related role (agency or in-house).
• Organised and self-driven; able to follow through without being chased.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and simple reporting.
• Clear, confident written communication; essential across multiple countries.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English; French a real advantage for France operations.
• Based in Syria; full-time; 9am–6pm Syria time; weekdays; weekends off.
• Reliable internet connection and home working setup.
• Remote work experience is a plus; ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job postings and align with hiring managers on requirements and timelines.
• Screen applications and source candidates on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Arrange and join interviews and keep candidates and managers informed.
• Help build referral channel and onboard/offboard for distributed team.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation; support policy rollout.
• Assist with HR reporting on recruitment and processes.
