Crystalia Glass Llc in Spain is seeking a Director of Human Resources Operations to lead our remote HR infrastructure. This fully remote role allows work from anywhere in Spain while driving HR operational excellence and scalable processes.

You will oversee payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, compliance, and employee data management, implement HR technology solutions, and mentor the HR Operations team to deliver an outstanding employee experience.

Formación

• Extensive experience in HR operations management with a focus on process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Experience leading HR programs in a remote or distributed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and optimize all HR operational processes, including payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes.
• Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement policies to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage vendor relationships for HR systems and services.
• Lead and mentor the HR Operations team to foster excellence and collaboration.
• Drive projects related to HR process automation and digital transformation.
• Ensure a seamless and positive employee experience regarding HR services.
• Develop and manage the HR Operations budget.
