Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) for a fully remote engagement. You will train and evaluate AI agents on HR tasks, building realistic HR environments and scoring rubrics, with Spain-specific HR practice knowledge.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, fluency in Spanish, and a degree from a top Spanish university. This contract runs Oct 23 to Nov 19, with a commitment of about 21 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (BP, ER, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores and Spanish payroll.

Responsabilités

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks.
• Build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on HR practices in Spain.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
