Jobgether SRL seeks a CX Operations Manager, Tooling, to own and evolve platforms powering customer support and success. You’ll manage Zendesk and Vitally, build automations, and drive AI-enabled workflows while collaborating with product, engineering and data teams.

The role is fully remote with asynchronous collaboration across Europe and the Americas, offering high autonomy and a focus on measurable efficiency gains through tooling improvements.

Formación

• Must own and operate CX platforms with hands-on Zendesk administration.
• Experience designing automations, triggers and data flows to reduce manual work.
• Ability to build integrations across CX tech stack using APIs and low-code tools.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain Zendesk, Vitally, and related CX platforms.
• Own intake, prioritization, triage, and delivery of platform requests.
• Design and maintain triggers, automations, workflows, and data flows.
• Build and maintain integrations across CX tech stack using APIs and low-code tools.
• Identify automation opportunities from operational data and frontline feedback.
• Support AI-enabled CX workflows including agent assistance and routing.
