Jobgether SRL is seeking a Chief Technology Officer based in Spain to lead a hands-on, C-level technology group. The role focuses on transforming a SaaS engineering organization into a fast, product-driven team and embedding AI-assisted development practices.

You will own the technology vision, engineering strategy, and R&D budget, guiding architecture, security, and multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure while collaborating with executives to drive long-term customer value.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and production Kubernetes environments.
• Ability to introduce AI tooling into engineering workflows while maintaining quality and security.

Responsabilidades

• Own technology vision, roadmap, and engineering strategy aligned with business value.
• Lead transformation to a high-velocity, product-focused engineering organization.
• Embed AI-assisted development practices and scale them across teams.
• Oversee multi-region, Kubernetes-based production environment with reliability and cost efficiency.
• Own the R&D budget, infrastructure decisions, and cost models.
• Mentor engineers, drive ownership culture, and manage change across the org.
• Collaborate with executives, product, customers, and the board on strategy and investments.
• Maintain security, compliance programs, and certification readiness.
