Job summary

Bitrise is a remote-first company empowering developers to build and deploy mobile apps. We’re expanding the growth function inside product marketing and this role leads our go-to-market efforts for new products and features.

You’ll own top-of-funnel growth, test growth models, and run experiments across paid, organic, and product channels. The ideal candidate combines technical or developer background with a passion for growth, product messaging, and user insights.

Qualifications

• Synthesize insights from user research and analytics into a prioritized backlog.
• Lead GTM for new products and features across owned and earned channels.
• Own top-of-funnel growth across our product portfolio.
• Identify which channels work for developer tools with evidence backing.
• Build growth models, test fast, and measure results.
• Collaborate with product, data, and marketing to move experiments to live.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize insights from user research, product analytics, and competitive intelligence into a prioritized hypothesis backlog.
• Lead GTM for new products and features across owned and earned channels.
• Own top-of-funnel growth across our product portfolio.
• Identify which channels work for developer tools and build a channel strategy backed by evidence.
• Build growth models, test them fast, and measure results.
• Design and run experiments across paid, organic, community, and product channels, hands-on with support from marketing.
• Work cross-functionally with product, data, and marketing to move experiments from hypothesis to live.
• Run cross-sell campaigns into the existing customer base and optimize onboarding to improve activation.
