Job summary

Quantum Compound is seeking a Head of Growth for one of its portfolio companies, a fully remote mobile games studio with live title and in‑house growth team ready to be led. You will report to the CEO, own growth end to end, and have the backing you need to win.

This senior role covers UA, monetization, ASO, influencer marketing, and testing new channels across territories, while building and guiding the growth team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in mobile games or app growth, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven influencer/creator marketing that delivered measurable results (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch).
• Deep knowledge of UA and monetization; comfortable managing budgets and ROAS/LTV models.
• Experience opening new channels and scaling them.
• Familiar with cohorts and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• Experience hiring, developing and leading a growth team.
• Data-driven decision making and challenging status quo.
• Excellent English and remote-work experience.
• Bonus: web/D2C monetization.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy, budget and targets (CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback).
• Hire, lead, coach and develop the growth team.
• Build and oversee influencer and creator marketing.
• Set UA strategy across paid channels and steer execution partners on budgets, bidding, creative direction and testing.
• Own monetization strategy (ads, IAP, D2C) and ASO, with your team and external partners.
• Find and test new growth opportunities: channels, platforms, territories and audience niches.
• Turn growth insights into product priorities with the product team.
