Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a senior leader to drive monetisation across our mobile gaming titles. You will shape strategy, oversee the ad stack and partnerships, and work closely with Product, UA, BI, and Engineering to maximise revenue without compromising player experience.

The role requires 5+ years in ad monetization, strong people management, and a results-driven, analytical mindset. We offer a hybrid work model and a supportive environment focused on growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ad monetization in mobile gaming.
• Ability to lead an analyst team and set direction.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Interest in the technical side of ad monetization and testing new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Shape and optimise ad monetisation strategy across Tripledot titles.
• Manage ad monetisation portfolio over $100M annually.
• Own ad tech stack and mediation strategy with engineering.
• Analyse performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, UA, BI, and Engineering on placements.
• Lead and mentor monetisation team with clear priorities.
• Build relationships with ad partners and networks.
