Lever, Inc. in Spain seeks a Growth Engineer to own SEO, SEM, GEO, and GEM initiatives, blending strategy with hands-on execution to drive qualified B2B leads and revenue.

You will work directly with leadership in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment, starting with a 3-month project and potential transition to a full-time role, with remote options for Europe and North America.

Formación

• Hands-on SEO/SEM with measurable results.
• Familiar with generative AI search and LLM discovery.
• Proven ability to generate B2B leads and pipeline.
• Understanding of how search translates to revenue.
• Experience in cloud tech or IT services is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an integrated growth strategy across SEO, SEM, GEO, and GEM.
• Increase visibility on Google and AI-driven platforms.
• Identify high-intent search opportunities for cloud, AI, data, FinOps, and tech consulting.
• Own keyword research and content/search growth opportunities.
• Execute on-page SEO and fix technical SEO issues.
• Build and optimize paid search campaigns, especially Google Ads.
• Optimize content and landing pages to drive qualified demand.
• Improve citation potential across generative AI search experiences.
• Run continuous experiments on messaging, keywords, pages, campaigns.
• Build measurement and attribution across full funnel.
• Monitor performance and adjust based on data.
• Partner with leadership to translate insights into execution.
