Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Grants Associate for a fully remote role based in Spain. You will manage the end-to-end grantmaking process, from application handling to compliance monitoring, while ensuring accurate records and smooth coordination with evaluators and recipients.

You will help scale grant administration systems, work with internal teams, and contribute to responsible funding decisions that align with organizational goals.

• Maintain complete grant records and data integrity across funding activities.
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with evaluators and stakeholders to streamline workflows.
