Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Project Manager - Strategy & Impact Business Enablement for a fully remote role based in Spain. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage business enablement projects, coordinate with senior leaders and external partners, and drive outcomes across the full lifecycle using Agile and hybrid methods.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in project leadership, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic projects, programs, or change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Agile, hybrid and traditional PM methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects, programs, and business enablement initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, dependencies and plans.
• Facilitate discovery, interviews, process mapping and solution definition sessions.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and change requests; provide escalation options.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to align deliverables.
• Prepare executive updates, status reports, risk assessments and options analyses.
• Support backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including communications, marketing, digital, events and partnerships.
• Strengthen governance processes and project management maturity across the organization.
• Coach stakeholders on effective delivery, governance and collaboration.
