Job summary

Remote is seeking a Manager, Time & Attendance to own planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team. This global role reports to the Senior Manager Lifecycle and focuses on elevating HR practices with cutting‑edge technology, driving compliance across 80+ countries.

You will lead a remote, asynchronous team, drive recruitment and mentoring, and partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Employee Relations to optimize T&A processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on people management across distributed international teams.
• Experience with HR operations across multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance laws and wage/hour compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote T&A team across regions.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture in an asynchronous environment.
• Oversee bi-annual performance evaluations and align goals with business objectives.
• Drive recruitment, training, mentoring and supervisory support for the regional team.
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk Time & Attendance issues, including investigations.
