Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead to guide clients through HR transformations using cloud-based Workday solutions. You will lead workstreams, advise on industry best practices, and host workshops with diverse teams across multiple countries.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues to deliver robust Absence and Time Tracking implementations and contribute to innovation in assets and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience implementing Workday HCM/Absence/Time or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Absence and Time Tracking workstreams within Workday projects.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices for Absence and Time Tracking.
• Host workshops and drive discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client counterparts, vendors, and Workday teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Contribute to innovative methods and reusable assets.
