Job summary

Tether is seeking a VP of Tech Expansion to drive global adoption and commercial expansion of its technology ecosystem. The role reports to the Chief Expansion Officer and oversees AI, self-custodial infrastructure, and digital assets across multiple regions.

The position requires leading senior professionals worldwide, building scalable go‑to‑market strategies, and developing repeatable playbooks to enter new markets. International travel and strong executive presence are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across enterprise technology, AI, digital infrastructure, fintech, or technology business development, including senior leadership.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global expansion strategy for Tether’s technology ecosystem.
• Identify high-potential markets, industries, partners, and use cases.
• Personally originate, structure, negotiate, and close major partnerships and deployments.
• Lead senior professionals and international teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, regulatory, and implementation teams.
• Represent Tether in strategic engagements with enterprises, governments, and regulators.
