Job summary

Partner Company seeks an executive Chief Technology Officer / VP of Technology based in Spain. You will own the complete technical ecosystem, bridging internal systems with client-facing digital products and leading cross-border teams in a dynamic, agile environment.

You will guide AI and automation initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and shape technology strategy to accelerate growth across Europe and North America.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading technology strategy and execution within a mid-sized organization.
• Deep experience in Microsoft technology ecosystem (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, M365).
• Hands-on operational leadership style with practical tooling.
• Strong commercial acumen in vendor negotiations and multi-country budgets.
• High adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise IT and global operations across countries, incl. network, security, service desk, IAM.
• Oversee internal systems: Dynamics 365 CRM/Finance & Operations, data workflows.
• Define product roadmaps for client-facing platforms across regions.
• Drive AI and automation to scale operations with lean headcount.
• Manage global vendor relationships and licensing negotiations.
• Mentor a distributed multi-country technology team.
