Job summary

Tether is seeking a VP of Tech Expansion to lead global adoption and commercial expansion of our technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Expansion Officer, you will oversee AI, self-custodial infrastructure, peer-to-peer systems, and digital & financial infrastructure.

The role requires directing senior professionals worldwide, building a scalable, repeatable playbook, and engaging with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs and government leaders to close major deployments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across enterprise technology, AI, fintech and digital assets.
• Senior leadership experience, including international teams and executives.
• Proven track record in originating, structuring and closing major partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global expansion strategy for Tether’s technology ecosystem.
• Identify markets, partners and use cases; build relationships with C-suite and government leaders.
• Lead senior teams; set KPIs, playbooks, and accountability across regions.
• Translate requirements into opportunities for product, engineering, legal and regulatory teams.
