Job summary

Huxley is partnering with a leading international organization to hire an experienced Digital Project Manager for a large-scale payroll transformation program. The role is 100% remote, based in Spain, and will operate in a global, multicultural environment.

You will lead end-to-end payroll transformation initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration with Workday, ERP, and other systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex digital transformation projects.
• Proven payroll transformation, HR systems, or enterprise technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and vendor management.
• Experience with Workday and payroll ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
• Hands-on and delivery-focused mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll transformation and digital implementation projects.
• Coordinate activities across business, HR, IT, security, infrastructure, and external vendors.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Ensure successful integration between payroll solutions, Workday, ERP systems, and other business applications.
• Drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Facilitate communication between global and local teams throughout the project lifecycle.
