Huxley is seeking a Senior HRIS Project Manager in Barcelona to lead global HRIS implementations. This role requires over 5 years of project management experience in HRIS environments, with a strong focus on managing stakeholders and product roadmaps. The successful candidate will oversee project planning and reporting while operating in hybrid work mode, with the role starting ASAP and extending until May 2027. Equipment will be provided by the end client.

From Huxley, we are currently looking for a Senior HRIS Project Manager to join a global initiative focused on end-to-end HRIS implementations within a multinational environment, with high exposure to senior stakeholders and international teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in HRIS environments
• Strong experience delivering global, end‑to‑end HRIS projects
• Proven ability to operate in agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to challenge and influence decision‑making
• Experience defining and managing product roadmaps
• High level of autonomy and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HRIS projects from initiation to delivery in a global context
• Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple regions
• Manage and continuously refine the product roadmap, aligning business priorities and timelines
• Actively challenge requirements when needed and support strategic decisions
• Ensure clear communication, alignment, and engagement across all stakeholders

Conditions

• Work mode: Hybrid, 2 days at the offices - center of Barcelona
• Start date: ASAP (latest May 2nd)
• Duration: 1‑year project (until May 2027) + possible extension
• Workload: Full-time
