CloudPay Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of global payroll and payments solutions for new and existing clients.

You will drive project execution, manage client relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple deployments in Spain, the UK, and remote settings.

Formación

• Proven experience managing software implementations in HR/payroll/fintech.
• Experience with complex, client-facing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end client implementations from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status updates, and reviews.

This role focuses on driving project execution, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. ## **Main responsibilities*** ## Manage the full project lifecycle for client implementations, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.* ## Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.* ## Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations effectively.* ## Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-off calls, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.* ## Coordinate internal and external resources, including technical teams, payroll specialists, and third-party vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.* ## Identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks, escalating as necessary to senior management.* ## Ensure adherence to CloudPay's implementation methodology, best practices, and quality standards.* ## Provide regular and accurate project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.* ## Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and contribute to continuous process improvement.* ## Potentially manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.## ## **Experience needed for this role*** ## Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within software implementation, ideally in the HR, payroll, or financial technology sectors.* ## Demonstrable experience managing complex client-facing projects from inception to completion.* ## Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2) and tools.* ## Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.* ## Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.* ## Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.* ## Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.* ## Experience with global payroll or payments solutions is highly desirable.* ## Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
