Eco Plus Solutions AB is a fast-growing growth agency dedicated to expanding e-commerce brands in the DACH region. This 100% remote role targets native German-speaking sales professionals with a proven Google Ads background, driving outbound campaigns and closing deals across the EU.

You will lead end-to-end sales, craft multi-channel outreach, perform Google Ads audits, and pursue aggressive quotas while collaborating with executives to refine ICPs andValue propositions for high-impact results.

Qualifications

• German (native/C2) fluency required; English working proficiency.
• 3–7 years of B2B sales experience with 1–2 years selling Google Ads or performance marketing.
• Outbound, full-cycle, and account-based selling experience.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce and Google Ads mechanics for informed sales discussions.
• Remote work with high daily touchpoints and sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle outbound sales from lead gen to deal closing.
• Execute multi-channel prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build target account lists in the DACH e-commerce sector.
• Perform Google Ads audits to inform sales pitches.
• Maintain high outbound activity and schedule 1–2 calls daily; aim for 4+ new clients monthly.
• Ensure accurate CRM, pipeline forecasts, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate on ICPs and value propositions with executives.
