Ignite is hiring a German-Speaking Google Ads Sales Manager to lead end-to-end outbound sales across the DACH e-commerce market. Qualifications

• Native/C2 German fluency with professional English working proficiency.
• 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, with 1–2 years selling Google Ads or performance marketing services.
• Outbound, full-cycle and account-based selling experience (cold calls, cold emails, multi-touch cadences).
• In-depth knowledge of e‑commerce and Google Ads mechanics for informed discussions.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with a fully remote environment and high daily touchpoint targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle pipeline management from prospecting to deal closure.
• Execute multi-channel outreach sequences (Phone, Email, LinkedIn) with cadences.
• Identify target DACH e-commerce accounts and craft tailored campaigns.
• Conduct Google Ads audits to spot performance gaps for executive meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasted pipeline with disciplined follow-ups.
• Collaborate with executives to refine ICPs and outreach messaging.
