BlueView Talent is seeking a Google Sales Specialist to support newly onboarded advertisers through setup, launch, and optimization of digital campaigns. You will build strong client relationships, understand business goals, and recommend tailored advertising solutions to drive stronger results.

Formación

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• At least 1 year of professional sales or marketing experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and communication abilities.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated and eager to learn and develop professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure a smooth account setup and activation.
• Understand clients' goals to recommend tailored advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns based on client goals.
• Build long-term client relationships via phone, meetings and email.
• Provide expert guidance to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs and use data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and client experience.
• Stay informed about digital advertising trends and platform updates.
