Ignite is a fast-scaling growth agency specializing in expanding e-commerce brands in the DACH region. We are hiring a German-speaking Google Ads Sales Manager for a 100% remote role within the EU, offering uncapped commissions and strong performance-based pay.

You will lead end-to-end outbound sales with a focus on Google Ads products, targeting 30,000 potential online stores in the DACH market. Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of B2B sales, 1–2 years in Google Ads or performance marketing, and

Qualifications

Native/C2 German fluency with working proficiency in English.
3–7 years of B2B sales, with 1–2 years selling Google Ads or performance marketing.
Proven outbound, full-cycle, and account-based selling experience.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce and Google Ads mechanics.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: oversee prospects through all sales stages, from discovery to deal signing.
Multi-Channel Prospecting: conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Account-Based Lead Generation: build target account lists for DACH e-commerce brands.
Account Audits & Pitch Strategy: perform Google Ads audits to identify gaps for executive meetings.
Volume & Pipeline Metrics: sustain outbound activity aiming for 1–2 calls/day and ~4 new clients monthly.
