Lever, Inc. is seeking a Funding/Submission Specialist based in Spain for a fully remote role that handles submission through funding. You will review application data, assess lender requirements, and allocate deals accordingly while coordinating with loan officers and underwriters.

The position blends financial analysis with process coordination, documentation management, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment using Salesforce and other digital tools.

Formación

• Strong understanding of U.S. business financing and small business funding.
• Experience with reviewing applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Familiarity with lender criteria and waterfall documents.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify application information for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze waterfall documents and lender criteria to assign deals correctly.
• Submit financing applications through Salesforce and monitor progress.
• Manage bank statements and financial docs with file-control processes.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and teammates for efficient processing.
• Analyze complex deal structures and identify roadblocks to move deals forward.
• Maintain up-to-date records of applications, approvals, and denials in Salesforce.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and financing practices.
• Follow compliance requirements to support risk management.
