Lever, Inc. is seeking a Vendor Support Contractor based in Spain or with remote access to our distributed vendor network. The role combines administrative coordination with proactive vendor management, handling account provisioning, communications, and records.

You will identify suitable vendors by language pairs, rates and availability, respond to linguists, escalate when needed, and champion process improvements and automation across vendor workflows. Remote Europe work.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with recurring administrative tasks and high quality output.
• Experience using mail merge or similar tools for bulk communications.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
• Familiarity with shared email/communication platforms like Front or Fin.
• Excellent written communication in email-based workflows.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive mindset for process improvement and automation.
• Reliable in managing records, communications, and deadlines.
• Experience in vendor management or localization is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new users and provision accounts across systems.
• Maintain vendor information and records.
• Prepare and send vendor communications.
• Track responses and follow up when required.
• Help project managers identify suitable vendors.
• Respond to inbound questions from linguists and vendors via email.
• Escalate issues requiring specialized input.
• Organize and manage digital documents and records.
• Maintain clear folder structures and documentation practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate processes.
