Lever, Inc., on behalf of its partner, seeks a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist based in Spain. This hands-on role focuses on paid acquisition, high-ticket funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization across Meta and Google Ads, with potential TikTok initiatives.

You will build and optimize GoHighLevel funnels, maintain tracking, and create SOPs. This contractor position offers 25 hours per week, remote worldwide (India eligible), and a CST 9:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule with potential

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Advanced practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven experience building high-ticket funnels ($1,500–$5,000+).
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and CRM workflows.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics and attribution tracking.
• Excellent written English for ad copy and reporting.
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads, finance or coaching is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with potential future TikTok ads.
• Monitor performance and optimize audiences, creative, hooks, budgets, and structures.
• Build high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel with landing pages, checkout flows, and follow-ups.
• Track lead journeys from ad interaction to conversion and resolve funnel issues.
• Maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and UTM tracking for accurate reporting.
• Prepare weekly performance reports showing CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Develop and test ad copy, headlines, hooks, and short-form video concepts.
• Conduct ongoing creative tests and guide future campaign decisions.
• Create SOPs in Notion for advertising, funnels, tracking, and processes.
• Communicate performance, priorities, and next steps clearly to stakeholders.
• Onboard and train future marketing team members as the business grows.
