Slapend Rijk B.V. is seeking a freelance Bing Ads Manager to run and scale paid campaigns across a portfolio of accounts under the same brand name. You will own campaigns end-to-end with direct access to the CEO from day one.

This specialist role requires proven Bing Ads experience, a numbers-driven mindset, and the ability to work remotely with a results-based compensation structure. You will join a fast-moving, no-nonsense team that rewards performance and ownership.

Formación

• Proven experience with Bing Ads campaigns and measurable results.
• Owns accounts end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, run and scale paid campaigns across Bing/Microsoft Advertising.
• Optimize CPC, CPA, ROAS and budget across accounts.
• Provide performance reports and insights directly to leadership.

We're looking for a freelance Bing Ads Manager to run and scale paid campaigns across a portfolio of accounts under the same brand name.

• You've managed real ad spend on Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising and can show results
• You take full ownership of your accounts - no hand-holding needed
• You're direct, fast, and don't need things sugar-coated
• You want to be paid based on what you actually deliver, with real upside
• You like working closely with leadership, not buried in a hierarchy
