Job summary

Netenders is an international e-commerce group based in Barcelona. We are seeking a Freelance CRM Email Design Specialist to focus on creative performance and deliver scalable email experiences across multiple markets.

The role offers flexible remote work with Barcelona-based candidates as a plus, 10–20 hours per week, and compensation at 15–20€ per hour. You will collaborate with the CRM team to optimize campaigns and flows using Klaviyo and Figma.

Qualifications

• Experience designing performance-driven emails and campaigns.
• Proficiency with Figma, Klaviyo or equivalent ESP.
• Ability to design and analyze A/B tests (subject lines, layouts, CTAs).
• Ability to read and interpret email metrics (open, click, conversions).
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email integration.
• Available for 10–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze creative performance of email campaigns and flows (open rate, click rate, order rate).
• Design and run A/B tests on visuals, layouts, CTAs, and email structures.
• Create and optimize responsive email templates for campaigns and automated flows.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative recommendations.
• Collaborate with CRM team to align creative with segmentation strategy.
• Ensure visual consistency across 20+ markets and multiple languages.
