Job summary

Docker, Inc. is seeking a highly consultative Staff Solutions Architect to support our most important customers.

This role spans product development and pre/post sales motions, serving as a trusted technical lead with Account Executives, Post Sales, and Product teams. You will engage with customer teams, define engagement plans, create demos, and deliver high-impact enablement content for developers through to C‑level executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing customer relationships at technical and business levels.
• Experience presenting solutions and demonstrations to audiences, virtual and in person.
• Experience interfacing with product/engineering teams to enhance enablement and features.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-priority technical leadership for key customers and accelerate their container and AI journeys.
• Gather customer goals and challenges and create engagement plans spanning existing products and new offerings.
• Deliver custom demos and content aligned to customer use cases.
• Produce enablement content for developer to C-level audiences.
• Travel up to 50% internationally as a senior Docker representative.
