Lever, Inc. is seeking a Software Alliance Ecosystem Manager based in Spain. This remote-first role focuses on building strategic relationships across software ecosystems, coordinating with product, engineering, and alliance teams to accelerate open-source adoption.

You will translate partner requirements into actionable opportunities, influence roadmaps, and create customer-facing content, training, and enablement programs for partners’ teams worldwide. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in software development, architecture, or tech strategy.
• Customer-facing experience in software engineering or product management.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, remote-first productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product, engineering, alliance, and marketing teams to align on open-source strategies and joint opportunities.
• Capture partner requirements and identify opportunities for mutual solutions.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and product teams on messaging and go-to-market launches.
• Create partner- and customer-facing materials such as reference architectures and white papers.
• Drive adoption of Ubuntu and related technologies within alliance accounts.
• Develop enablement programs for partner development and delivery teams.
• Build relationships across partner organizations from contributors to executives.
• Translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Represent the organization at events with up to 25% travel.
