Lever, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager (BUSY Bar) based in Spain to lead multi‑stream delivery of a smart hardware product. You will drive Agile processes, coordinate product, engineering, design and operations, and turn ideas into actionable tasks with clear milestones.

You’ll manage dependencies, risks, and outcomes, write requirements and acceptance criteria, and keep stakeholders informed. The role supports flexible work options and international collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years coordinating technical projects in a product/engineering environment.
• Experience turning product decisions into actionable tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident in leading meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Organize sprint work with planning, task breakdown, and progress tracking.
• Translate requirements into tasks for engineering and design teams.
• Track deadlines, blockers, risks, and agreements across participants.
• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, and project documentation.
• Document decisions, requirements, outcomes, and next steps.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design and operations.
