WebBeds is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure availability, performance, and reliability of our platforms. You will work across development and infrastructure teams, monitor production environments, and drive improvements through automation and modern engineering practices.

You will balance keeping critical systems running with making them better for the future, collaborating with engineers across global teams who may work remotely in different time zones.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field (nice to have).
• Proficient in Go, C, C++, Rust or Python.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Experience with Linux and container ecosystems (Docker, containerd, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with ArgoCD and networking concepts.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Strong interest in the travel industry and technology.

Responsibilities

• Modernise legacy applications and transform them into modern technology.
• Run the production environment and monitor availability and system health.
• Build platform systems to manage infrastructure and applications.
• Improve reliability and delivery with SLIs/SLAs and timely releases.
• Measure performance with metrics and fault finding; drive improvements.
• Provide operational support for multiple software applications.
• Collaborate with development teams for testing and release procedures.
• Contribute to design, planning and capacity planning.
• Automate systems for sustainability and efficiency.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams to align on processes.
