Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Madrid offers a Service Delivery Manager ( Regis-TR ) role with up to 40% remote work.

You will bridge Business, Product, IT, and Operations to ensure governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of critical Trade Repository applications in a highly regulated financial market. You will collaborate with Product Owners, IT Managers, and development teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service delivery management within a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC governance.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across Business, Product, IT, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance of the application, ensuring adherence to SDLC standards and quality requirements.
• Own release planning and delivery execution with transparency on scope, timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Support solution implementation and operational excellence activities, ensuring production readiness.
• Act as the main business stakeholder for application initiatives while ensuring compliance with controls and security.
