Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Madrid is seeking a Senior Business Project Manager. The role focuses on managing strategic, multi-disciplinary projects within the Change Delivery area, aligning business and IT, and ensuring governance compliance.

You will oversee the project lifecycle, drive agile transformation, and liaise with executives and external stakeholders in a fast-paced financial markets environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management or project portfolio roles, preferably in financial markets.
• Proven leadership of project teams across complex initiatives.
• PM skills and agile methods (SCRUM, SAFe) are required.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and highly complex projects using SIX methodology, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and overseeing the full project lifecycle.
• Analyze initiatives, prepare value-driven proposals, and present them in internal and external forums at national and international levels.
• Bridge between business and IT to define requirements, align solutions, supervise testing and implementation.
• Produce and review key documentation (procedures, functional requirements, legal and technical materials) ensuring governance standards.
• Provide SME expertise as a functional reference, contributing to internal/external working groups and influencing product aspects.
• Drive transformation toward agile and virtual operating models, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
